Returns & Refunds Policy

UK Returns & Refunds (United Kingdom)

We offer a 14-day return policy for customers within the United Kingdom. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product once approved and place a new order separately.


International Returns & Refunds (Outside the UK)

For orders placed outside the United Kingdom, returns and refunds are not automatic.

We may accept international returns only under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of approval

Item Condition

Returned items must be:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items showing signs of wear, damage, or use.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable


Customs & Duties

Any customs charges incurred on returned international items are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund if unpaid.
